I just got the app. I just got my card, so far, so good. However, I want to set up a digital card, and it doesn't work. I tried getting the app "dash digital," and the "dash digital" app simply doesn't work. I really want to set up a digital card. Please fix this.

Took forever for me to get to work, partly the cards need for apps and permissions I was not sure to give, partly because I forgot I even had card (until 3rd visit it was loaded) and never tried using until the day of a transaction I wanted to use (after the 6th visit money was loaded on card) card to cover. Working now. Would prefer it to just go into my bank account directly. It would take a "3 card monty" approach for money to go into bank. I don't care that much for effort it takes.

The app keep saying that my session has expired please log in again. But I get this every time. I have force stopped the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working.

Awful! 1. Can't log in 2. No one answers the customer service line. 3. They locked me out of my own money, and I have no way to access it. Do not use this company. Horrible experience.

They are very insufficient, they don't know how to fix any problems. And supervisors are always in a meeting. Deactivated my pay card then couldn't expedite a new card. Also, couldn't tell me how to access my virtual card, so for 10 days I had zero access to my money.

Constantly having issues with the bank. Can't see my savings account or the money I have in there at all.
