The app also features a balance widget for your home screen to obtain balances without opening the app.

Well I've been meaning here for several years now at work perfectly fine got a new phone submit the security tags even at the phone call about security code to set it up on my new phone, and it won't work I even went to the branch office that I live by, and they couldn't get it to work your tech support couldn't get it to work what's the deal You want me to use it, but it won't work with my phone not too happy about it

The mandatory password change should read "current password" new and retype. Not temporary password. It's confusing.

Everytime you update you make it impossible to utilize my old samsung 9 phone because nothing is compatible. Pretty soon I'm going to have to find a new credit union that gives me online access. I can not afford a new phone just to use your credit union. Very disappointed.

App crashes regularly. Updates typically make the app worse rather than better. There's better credit unions out there.
