I regret the day I downloaded this app. I made a mistake and sent 91k to my wallet. I messaged customer care to help me refund part of the money, but they snubbed my messages. It's an evidence that they are not transparent. These is issues that can easily be resolved, but they just want me to spend it on their app. God will judge them.

You guys need to do something about how you respond to customers.....your customer service is wack, youre a data app but your always offline and even respond late to customers
