Forgot password. When you reset it sends the 4-digit code, but you can't enter it. You enter the first digit, and it puts in the second digits spot. Then you enter the 2nd digit, and it puts it in the 4th spot. You can't enter digits in position 1 or 3. Flipping unless

Impenetrable. Trying to subscribe to dstv stream Premium, but when I do that, the message keeps on popping up that my package is currently disconnected, and then migrates me to a subscription window for dstv Access (the cheapest package).
