★★☆☆☆ Horrible service. Left me without pain meds and psych meds for 7 months because pain management doctor quit! Further I have tei cAse managers assigned to me for a year in health homes, yet I'm still homeless despite a need for a home attendant! I guess I should say I'm a migrant I'd get better treatment and benefits.

★★☆☆☆ This app doesn't work. I enter in username and password, it tells me the username doesn't exist. I select forgot your username, and try to enter email and phone number. The app says it has neither. However, when I say that I want to register a new account, it says that my email - the one that I entered - is already registered. And when I try to call the help desk, I get the medical line number, so it's never directly to who it should be. This is all unacceptable for a HIPAA compliant app.

★★☆☆☆ I put in the password and the special code that they send you, and it still doesn't open. So I say this app sucks very badly

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app always need Wi-Fi, and it's very slow loading up my medical information. Really need to fix this issue to make sure people can log in without Wi-Fi being needed.
