The app doesn't show any info for any of my child's school trips, the school says it should be there but It's not, so it must be the app! Not very good for parents that need this information, so I'm rating it extremely poor

Have been tying for months with this app. Is was working but now it's totally dead. Deleted it and downloaded again, tried to log on but now displays an error message. Nothing wrong with username and password as I have to access it via website. Really inconvenient and causes me to miss things for my daughter. Please sort it.
