After the system update to v2.1.1 the receiving of msg sending to Child's watch is delayed by >24 hrs! We tested again today, the Child's watch also shows notification of new message, but Child watch did not receive any new message! Pls address this critical issue of timelines of comms with Child watch & Parent app.

This product is useless. I bought their digital frame the usb connection, cable to computer and sd card aren't working. Eventually I could upload a few photos with this app, but now it stopped working and there is no way to get photos on my frame now. The app just says connection issues and the frame says failed to refresh photos. The app design is very bad as if they are trying to replace Facebook, just little works and all I want is upload photos to my frame.

Got r1s with a year contract from their main website. This r1s battery life 4hr done. The watch lagging. Unless off Wi-Fi and other thing which what's the point off location wen that the purpose of having the watch for your kids. Termination need to return the watch. They promised refund 60 dollar. Which none of that 60 dollar have been return. Main office seem so dead. Help line not helping much. The ATAPI take a while to reply but at the end still refer you to go online to solve it your self.

This is a really poor app and watch. My phone always not ring when my son calls me. The missed call notifications were sent hours after he made the call. I definitely do not recommend buying it. Don't waste your money.
