5 stars but please fix bugs I tried to upload videos In my first circle feed but when it says uploading after a while it keeps saying upload failed, and I have to try this over and over again a few times just to upload a video and then today I tried to upload a new one, but it's been 30 minutes, and I still could not upload, I tried reinstalling, clearing data and everything restarting the app it still doesn't work please fix this issue

Bought 2x R1S a mth ago, signed up to the subscription conveniently. Very new to this and was confused but the service from Jeff is so awesome that I am now very well-informed of how this watch operates best for my kid and i. Jeff's service is top-notch even after a month, his post service continues. Very Highly commendable I am so happy that this watch allow me to communicate with my kids easier (how demure):)

This review is based on my personal experience with the My First Fone Watch. The watch is prone to faults, the battery lasts only about half a day, and call quality is poor. The app is unstable, often lags, and freezes. The subscription service was disappointing, with unreliable connectivity. Customer support is difficult to reach and unhelpful. Overall, I expected a much more reliable product and better after-sales service.

Wish I had read all the negative feedbacks before I bought the S4 for my child. Any parent thinking of buying one should read and believe all the 1-star reviews. Save your money and trouble, and buy a smartwatch from a reputable mobile phone manufacturer brand instead. 1. GPS location tracking really slow and inaccurate. 2. Battery life is very short. About 12hrs. Requires charging daily. 3. Unfriendly UI design and functions. 4. Expensive for a product with these flaws mentioned.
