It sucks! It is very hard to understand 😪 I paid my late bill today. I was told the total amount due yesterday and that was the amount I brought in and paid in cash. Then, when I looked up my bill, it is showing 47.05 more than what I was told was due. I am livid over this because I had to borrow the money to pay this bill. And I asked to make sure that I paid everything due now and that I was all paid up until 4/1/25. According to what I saw on my bill, I'm not
