Absolutely worst. The grievances are disposed off without any proper reason. The appeal is also disposed without any reasons. Absolutely third class service. it's a waste of time to complaint here.

Worst app. Issue pending from more than month. Even they do not open the grievance. I don't understand why they created this app if no one is there for taking action against grievances. We can't upload multiple files as evidence. Many times a single file is not enough. Now the ticket is assigned and provides contact and email but, email bounced, and I am not able to connect it through the phone. Is it Joke or something?
