Logging on the portal is denied by either not receiving OTP or OTP does not work. The portal is made for the sake of formality. Has never worked. Intention of making this portal is to befoul the fellow citizen. Trying to log in to the portal for last many days but of no avail. Please improve its availability so that it serves its intended function. Probably GDMA does not want to know its weaknesses and might have asked developer to develop that the portal that way.

Useless app. After registering any grievance, the complaint remains open for years but no response or solution is provided. There is no surprise, such thing was already expected from this since this app is made for just formality.

Not able to sign up (not received any OTP). Nice feature though, no sign-ups -> no complaints -> no work. Keep up the good work 👍

There is no follow-up mechanism by the supervisory authority on grievances. I made a complaint regarding non-working of streetlight. At one end the complaint was not resolved, on another end false massage regarding resolution of complaint was also sent to me.
