I finally got help and understand the app, and it's great. I love how you calculate everything that you eat, and it keeps you up to date on how many calories you're eating per day as well as the body fat and the fat protein etc. I love this app

Search function is very slow. Frequently doesn't always save my scale data. Food database is not very extensive. Takes a long time to find and enter meals. App frequently crashes altogether and needs to be repeatedly restarted. I do like that it allows me to communicate with providers, and they can see the data I enter.

Already want to delete this app, but it's required for my surgeon. When I'm buying prepared meals from the grocery store, I shouldn't have to build each on as a receipe. Should be able to scan the nutrional label or manually enter the values since the barcodes "are not valid." Also, no option to add food from restaurants. So frustrated with it, I don't want to use the other tracker features. Not user-friendly, and I will be talking to my surgeon to get them to find a better app

The app is not prompting for my clinic access code, and I have checked every option to see if it was there, I checked the help file and the screen it shows that asks for the clinic access code is NOT present anywhere in the app.
