I like the app however it could use a couple enhancements to make it more convenient like showing the current price of fuel at Irving locations and also allowing biometrics to activate the pay at the pump instead of having to enter your PIN would be very helpful. Thanks

App is good, don't get me wrong. But the one thing that I do not understand is why it refuses to give points when you purchase gas inside. What's the point of using it inside if you're never going to gain those points. A bit of a rip-off if you ask me. @your response- I only received them if it's at the pump, not inside the store is my point. Reason for this is cause a location near me doesn't take card outside at the pump. I don't have a PIN to use at that pump, so I don't bother go there.

With gas prices now over $4.40/gal in my area, I decided to give the Rewards card a try. It doesn't seem to give 10C/gal. Do I have to reach 50 gallons in fills before I get the 10C/gal off? Also, I signed up with My Irving app to use mobile phone linked to bank account. Works fine but doesn't seem linked to my Irving Rewards card. My Irving app says, "unable to update your points balance, check your connection and try again." I've never gotten the 20C/gal as promised. Runs out in June. What's up?
