App does not connect to pump nor my sleep sensor on my sense Primier split twin mattress using my Galaxy Note 9 android version 10. Tried all the recommended troubleshooting tasks, no such luck. Terrible app for a $3700 mattress and the comfort sleep devices don't work because of a bad app "go figure". I would give it a rating of zero if that were possible.

Never connects to base. Always having trouble with 2 different devices 2 different bases tried other devices w app nothing works. App can't find the devices. 1 worked for a few weeks. Ready to abandon the app and the Bluetooth junk and ask for a partial credit from you guys. I mean it either works or its junk tech. Proving to be junk tech. Seems like a pretty consistent problem. No one wants to crawl under the bed constantly to reset this junk all the time; why have it?
