Useful to see bill but doesn't have other payment options apart from JomPay. If you want to stick with JomPay, at least make the information we need to do the payment copyable. It's a hassle to type in the acc number and references manually every time when making payment.

These app are just more for paying bills. Not so much info or detail about your monthly used and the bill is very fishy and inconsistent every month. Not a very helpful apps. Tabata Air Sarah is the laziest and slow Department in Sarah.

If this app is meant to provide water bill information, then at least ensure the bill is updated consistently and accurately. Delayed or outdated balances make the app unreliable. On top of that, why is there no built-in payment feature? Forcing users to exit and use another platform defeats the purpose entirely. Please integrate direct payment and improve real-time updates. Right now, it feels incomplete and poorly executed.

The app doesn't allow to update the account name to the legal owner name as documented in the house grant despite that already shown the certified true copy of house grant.
