Have to drop a star. The pay bill doesn't work on my app[sometimes]. This is the only thing that spoils this app for me. Another big gripe is the credit card verification. I cannot delete and card that was incorrectly added.

I have been using this app for several years now, and it works for me. I'm able to get my notifications for paying my bills on time and whenever light is out and whenever it is back on a timely basis. I do not have to call jps again. For me, this is good.

App does not allow removing a card which has not been verified or even select the card you wish to pay with. Useful to give and get updates otherwise.

I have made my payment through bill express and jps did not apply it, their customer service sucks because it's been more than 10 days since I made multiple payment not credited requests and when I had to finally navigate myself through their chatbot foolishness to get to an agent they are telling me I have to wait on them to investigate and also if late fee payment is applied I will have to make another request or redo another payment ... that's a scam ... totally disappointed!!!!

I have not been able to use the App. I always get "incorrect username" or "password" and that doesn't make sense.

I've been using this app, and it works pretty well for me, until all of a sudden, it won't open I cannot check my bill nor can I make a report if I want to. I've seen alot of reviews on the same issue and no little difference. KMT! Please fix the ASAP! 😡
