Doesn't even work. I'll be due another threatening letter because the app won't let me reschedule an appointment on Monday that I received Saturday (when their phone lines are closed). Well know this, Carbon, I tried. I tried multiple times but your app don't work. I also took screenshots of it not working in preparation for the threatening letters.

A badly designed app that creates unnecessary steps for simple tasks. Opened app using biometrics data only for it then to expect a verification code. I then chose to make a payment, and it sent me to an external webpage which then expected a verification code. At no point was I sent back to the app, defeating the purpose of opening it in the first place. On every visit I'm asked if I want to be remembered and not to be asked again. A simple task generates 5 separate emails.

Why send a variation code by email when you go to your email on the same device and go back to put the code in the Carbon Homes app? You have to sign in again and the same problem unless you have access to a second devise to check the variation code on. It would be better to use a variation code that was your passkey on your device. You're trying to verify it's you on. This is a difficult App to use and to navigate through. It's not user-friendly. Not worth 1 star. Regards Anthony
