I already love this app! It is so incredibly convenient for reporting issues without having to navigate to an external website. Just snap some photos, detail the issue, and you're done! You can submit claims anonymously if you wish. Additionally, you'll get emails of your claims & can check the status on the app itself. I love this & am so grateful for this!

It will no longer let me report missed trash pickup. I can only see trash holiday schedule. I have updated the app and reinstalled still no change. This is ridiculous

Can't fix on the location I'm trying to reach. It keeps going to Overland Park which is NOT CMO. Have reported issues in the past and nothing has changed. They even delete the issues off of the app, so it looks finished. It represents CMO as well as Mayor Lucas!

The app frequently crashes as I'm trying to file a report, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging. In addition, I never receive any reasoning or specifically what action has been taken by the city in regards to an issue I report.

Worst responses by the reps who respond to your issues. I've opened 2 issues with city recycling not being picked up and both times they were closed listed as *Resolved* with a response that my location does not have city recycling. We were issues recycling containers by the city, and they pick up every week, so the rep closed both tickets probably to meet their quota. What is the point to this app if issues do t get addresses?
