Good service. Bulky items sometimes not picked up on time otherwise works great!

Great option to calling 311 for the city of Los Angeles. Most issues can be handled via the app. Easy to check on status of service requests. Unfortunately the 311 staff now just refer you to the various department numbers instead of passing on the information. Also, the app's location finding freezes often. Both negatives need to be fixed.

Yesssa dog pound. Her come Daz snoop and kurupt. I've got some nusents neighbors dogs that foe ever bark at me. It seems like they open there doors and tell there dogs sick em. And here comes lil ankle bitters. I'd, they have something to say to me? Speak. Don't say sick em to your dogs

Mostly, the app works well, and the service requests are received. Currently, however, when trying to add an existing photo or take a new photo, the app says it needs permission to access external storage and the camera. That makes sense, but the app ALREADY has permission to access those things. Still, it prompts you to open the permission settings, but when you do, the access the app wants has already been granted. It is an endless loop, and you are not able to take or add any photos.

It WAS a very useful app.... now it doesn't work. Error every time I try to create a service request, stating: "Service date is missing. Please validate the date before submit." *There is no way to "validate" the date.

Horrible update. Won't let me add my home address for a simple service request. How embarrassing to go from bad to worse. I'll share the error with you here. Keep in mind that I'm already logged in: "You have entered a city service address. You must sign as a ladwp customer in order to submit a residential container service request...". Again, it wasn't this bad before this update, and, I'm already logged in. The location of address has always been a weak point of the app. Now it's impossible!
