Reporting feature doesn't work. Found location that I wanted to report illegal dumping for and the next button doesn't take you anywhere. Also on the home screen the top right corner buttons don't do anything.

Literally nothing about this app works. Los Angeles County at its best! Every time I go to report graffiti, illegal dumping, etc., the app fails to load or can't confirm jurisdiction.
