This app is a pain. It gets stuck on the present icon where it is supposed to open. Between that, the lack of checkers and how obnoxious the self-checkout is, I barely shop at Lidl anymore.

They offer signing in with socials, but not signing up using them. So it's a pointless feature that makes the app obnoxious

I purchased some chicken thighs with a best buy date of 06/06/26. These thighs were spoiled by 06/03/26. I would have returned them but everything in my kitchen stunk to high heaven. I had to get rid of them right away. I will NEVER purchase meat from them again. Their produce is never fresh. I am not sure why I even bother going to this store. Sorry, but true!

The app asks me for my new phone number and then rejects the information when the program sees my Gmail is already registered. The program has to merge somehow. Take out the old phone number, keep the new phone number and keep everything else the same. Also, the birthday registry still doesn't work well. It still gets stuck in the day of the sign in and registers that date as my birthday.

They have coupons that are useless, or set too high like $5 off on $250 purchases. sometimes they have coupons and items even not carry or not exist in stores.
