Lidl is my favorite grocery store! The app matches the prices in the store and shows you what's on sale. Wish it was easier to get rewards but the low prices make up for it :)

Love this store. Prices are reasonable, and the people are very nice and helpful. If there is a problem, they do right for their customers. The managers in Fredericksburg store really care about the customers. I've never had an issue.

There is currently a complete lack/shutdown of all phone-based customer service. I am also unable to get into my account. Since I'm unable to access the account, I'm unable to access the customer support panel. You. Guys. SUCK.

They have coupons that are useless, or set too high like $5 off on $250 purchases. sometimes they have coupons and items even not carry or not exist in stores.

I purchased some chicken thighs with a best buy date of 06/06/26. These thighs were spoiled by 06/03/26. I would have returned them but everything in my kitchen stunk to high heaven. I had to get rid of them right away. I will NEVER purchase meat from them again. Their produce is never fresh. I am not sure why I even bother going to this store. Sorry, but true!

They offer signing in with socials, but not signing up using them. So it's a pointless feature that makes the app obnoxious

The app asks me for my new phone number and then rejects the information when the program sees my Gmail is already registered. The program has to merge somehow. Take out the old phone number, keep the new phone number and keep everything else the same. Also, the birthday registry still doesn't work well. It still gets stuck in the day of the sign in and registers that date as my birthday.
