The first time I installed Ruler's app, it couldn't do anything. That was a year or two ago. Now it's lightweight and snappy. Works perfectly. I wish all the lazy bloated-app programmers out there could be understudies of the coders who made this app.

You basically sign your digital Life away when you sign up for this app. Consent includes things like vehicle information and digital voice recordings according to their disclosures. Removing data leads to long and drawn out legal forms. Not worth it for 5 cents off a bag of onions.

I moved to an area with no Kroger, so I was excited to learn Ruler is part of Kroger as there are certain Kroger, Simple Truth, Private Selection items I was excited to get again. However, when I went to Ruler, they didn't even carry most of the items. It's not that they were out, there wasn't even a spot for it. What's worse is that if you choose delivery it allows you to order them. Unless they are coming from some warehouse and not the store, it would make delivery pointless.
