This is the worst app I have ever used. Sometimes it doesn't open at all, and even when it does, the touch doesn't respond properly. While working on the app, it often crashes unexpectedly, causing us to lose our progress and start over from the beginning. Uploading pictures also takes an extremely long time. Please resolve these issues urgently, as the app is causing significant difficulties in our work. When we are at a site and need to take a picture of the customer, the app often fails.
