Haven't been on long enough yet. But what I have seen so far I like.

This app never works. All it does is spin and spin and never opens.

App is ok. Products are horrible. Literally have been wasting my money for over a year because it's not helping at all. Literally my hair is so much worse than it was when it started. Thee are other things affecting it, but I've been promised over and over that these products will help, and I wish I could get every penny back and use towards other things I could actually use once read of wasting it on stuff that is not worth it. Super disappointed and wish I knew how to get compensated for this.
