Customer care service is very bad. I have lost the application password as well as the answer to the security question to reset the password. For that, I went to MTN store, I inquired, even the phone number is linked to my name, still they were not able to give me the password of the application or solve my problem immediately. I also sent many mails on MTN official email ID for the same issue, but they don't even care about customer's complaint. Worst service ever.
