With real-time location tracking features and area-based assignments, Area Sales Managers (ASM) can monitor team effectiveness directly and manage work areas more efficiently.
Highlighted Features: Network status: Customer can monitor their internet connection and modem status. Ticket request: Realtime monitoring for active ticket request to internal MyOFI teams. GPS Tracking: Monitor sales movements in real-time to ensure the effectiveness of visits. Area Assignment: Set and distribute work areas directly from ASM to the sales team. Task Execution: Sales can receive and mark completed tasks. Monitoring & Reporting: Sales activity data is recorded automatically and ready to be evaluated.
