This app works great for my Myolift QT and now for the Plus as well. I appreciate having a guide as I go through the steps, so I don't forget anything. At first, I was a bit confused by some of the drastic changes in the updated app, but after a bit of play (and a chat with customer service) I got it all figured out. I've not had any of the problems others have experienced, so I can't comment to that.

It's a shame because the efficacy of the myolift QT device is great, but you can't even turn it on without the app, which has stopped working for me time and time again in the 8 months I have had it. Sometimes the app will not open at all (server error), sometimes the device will not connect. Sometimes you have to jump through hoops like turning off your Wi-Fi connection to get it to work. When the app is working, it requires location to be on, which also really bothers me.

I really wish I had read the app reviews before I purchased- I had no idea the device would be so heavily dependent on the app- I am stuck being able to turn it on and that's about it. The app tells me to update the device firmware and every attempt fails. I contacted CS 2 weeks ago-no response. What a shame, Things I read about this company/device tech were all stellar. This was to be my upgrade from an old nu face I bought last year USED. Well, at least my OLD NUFACE is USABLE!

I encounter a server error all the time while using the app. Today, the app won't open due to server error, so I can't even use it.
