Why does a company not update an app so that the full capabilities of their products can be used? My device has never paired in the app to access "exclusive" videos, though I can manually pair my device via my phone, so it's not a Bluetooth issue - it's the app. Don't reply with a customer service number until you fix this issue Edit to reply 3/13/24: I confirmed that my phone is up-to-date. I've restarted, fully shut down, toggled Bluetooth off/on. Fix your app or make all videos accessible

App was good, now awful. As of this week, a bunch of the routines have disappeared, and the ones that are left say that the Trinity + device is not compatible even though I've used them for years. I have almost no routines left that I can use. Also, the app isn't registering when I have the red light attachment on. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and disconnecting and reconnecting the device. Still having the same problems. I basically have a very expensive paperweight.

Really horrible and almost useless. The last version was intuitive and helpful. This one makes me regret buying the device. It has annoying pop-ups and sales percentage windows blocking the app, there are areas that you are supposed to click a box, but so far down on the screen that you can't get to it, so you're stuck on that screen. No treatments, the videos are basic explanations, not full walk through routines. Really useless in comparison to the last one.

The treatment videos are disappearing from the app. Every morning when I open the app I see less and less. I'm down to only 3 videos... I have the mini+ for reference... sad that I have very few options now. I thought maybe it was a glitch and uninstalled and re-installed the app. No change. Disappointed... For anyone about to buy a nu face device they may be phasing out the mini+... FYI
