Dos the trinity pair with Bluetooth as I can not get it to pair I have tried it won't pair up iv been told that the trinity won't pair with app only the trinity pro. I don't have the trinity pro any advice would be helpful thank you

The “wrong attachment connected” message no longer appears for me, but the app still disconnects from the device halfway through many routines (Android). This was a common issue even before the most recent update and is still happening now, making treatments unreliable. Support previously said this would be escalated, but I never received follow-up.

All this app does is freeze and crash. Literally cannot get through one single treatment without it freezing. Every time I open "routines" the whole app crashes. I used to use this a year ago and it was awesome. My Nu face broke, so I got a new one and decided to try the app again. Completely unusable. What is the point of having a Bluetooth enabled device if it doesn't work with an app? Worst app on my phone. Hoping they will fix all these glitches, so I haven't uninstalled it yet.... but soon.

App was good, now awful. As of this week, a bunch of the routines have disappeared, and the ones that are left say that the Trinity + device is not compatible even though I've used them for years. I have almost no routines left that I can use. Also, the app isn't registering when I have the red light attachment on. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and disconnecting and reconnecting the device. Still having the same problems. I basically have a very expensive paperweight.
