Updating my review: The company's response is inaccurate. I repeatedly tried to contact support through calls and WhatsApp messages but received no timely response. The promised delivery timeline was not met, and I had to obtain the document from another platform. The team became responsive only after I posted this review and requested a refund. While the refund was eventually processed, the poor communication and delay made for a very disappointing customer experience.

How long do you take to delete a profile after the request? It's been 2-3 weeks since I submitted the request. That too submitted it 2–3 times. Why can't you keep the delete account option like other apps ? Why does any user need to face this difficulty to delete their own account?
