We take security seriously. Payments in MyPaynetics are processed by Paynetics, an EU licensed e-money institution that is a principal member of VISA and Mastercard. We have a bank-grade security system and our application has been certificated by Mastercard.
Payment services through the MyPaynetics app are provided by Paynetics AD - an electronic money company, holding a license issued by the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) with decision № 44 of 11.04.2016. phyre AD is a provider of the MyPaynetics app and a representative of Paynetics AD, entered in the BNB register under Art. 19 of Payment Services and Payment systems Act.

When I open the app and log in there is no option to check my account balance. There seems to be no way of checking what your account balance is.

The app no longer loads. When I put in my pin to log on, it moves to a loading screen and stays there, on several Wi-Fi networks and my data plan. I had to use this app as my old credit card moved over to their service, and it has not been a good experience. Definitely considering cutting my losses and getting a new card.

I can not log in because my device is rooted or something, spoiler alert: it isn't. Antivirus said that my device is fine, device is up-to-date, and yet I still can not log in because my device is vulnerable. Very good job developers. Keep rockin'!
