Almost a month passed, and I still can't renew my physical Pyre card, due to some technical issue, according to support. I am politely demanding some information update about the case, but nothing (the first response from support came after 3 days). For sure there are some issues in the system that makes me worried. P.S. I was amazed from the method of renewing, too -> Lock the card, and set it as lost or stolen (suggested by the support, of course)

I use the application, because there are no other options for NFC payments on my phone model. Still the application is unreliable, and it is especially problematic for some reason for old users, I am getting a lot of declined payments and top-ups without any obvious reason being brought up.
