Thiefs I signed up for the 7.95 a month and was charged 41 dollars right off the bat. I immediately cancelled with them and received and email saying they were refunding me 21 dollars. Umm..you charged me 41 dollars and I want my money back. They then emailed me stating that in there little fine print any early termination fee is 14 dollars. I then told them I would leaving this comment and turning them into the BBB since that was there resolution for this. Don't buy it, buy a hard drive instead. 0 stars!

Piece of garbage All I wanted was to store images from my laptop. Dropbox has no problem with this. But Mypcbackup does. It can only accept images in zip format. I consider myself fairly knowledgeable in computers but my old laptop doesn't seem up to the task. So now I have images I want to save, 250 gb of space to put it but I cannot upload them. In other words, I got bupkiss. Do you know what the definition of bupkiss is? It means "less than nothing." So i paid for a service I cannot use. So i got bupkiss.

Scam scam sleezy scam I downloaded it & after I tried to back up my files it say my acct is expired. I just created an acct. Smh then it redirects me to a payment page. I'll continue using Google thanks

Malware I tried the free trial to test it out instead of backing up my files it deleted them also causing my computer to crash.
