I think Prime banks app is really smooth, but it really needs a new Ui/UX update it's really looks so old and boring don't match 2026 standards they should bring unique features and modern smooth Ui. Also, Please make Prime bank's Atm availability more there's everywhere Brac, dbbl, Ebl, City but too hard to find Prime banks atm at compares to other banks. And also customer service via live chat makes no sense even an Ai chatbot would be better than them so please train your stuffs, Thank you.

This is a very good app. Through which you can get all kinds of facilities starting from money transactions and transfers, and you can see how much money is left and how much money has come in.

I try to log in but this app doesn't get the alternate username, I try 20+ time to new and difrent type username but don't get the username

Banking will be easier if you change the password system in the Prime Bank app to a TPIN system.

Unlike other major bank apps like City, Prime does not allow logging in with multiple accounts in one device. For the sake of security (there are lots of alternatives to secure), My Prime is causing major inconvenience for the clients. I will give 5 stars after the issue has been addressed.

Not all deposits are displayed, only 7 deposits show up in the Deposit option. The “Account Certificate” option is also not working.
