I really love the new design and features — the overall experience feels much more modern and user-friendly. However, I’ve been facing slow money transfers and transactions occasionally getting stuck. Since I heavily rely on e-transactions in my daily life, this has been quite frustrating. Also, I’d really appreciate it if you could add a DPS encasement feature, as many other banks already offer this option. Thanks for the new updates, and please keep improving the app!

Before I could take statement starting from the beginning of my account, but now it shows only last 2 years statement, it would be great for all users if you bring back the option of viewing or downloading the statement from beginning, or at least 10 years.

Why was the scheduled payment deducted and paid immediately? I thought the scheduled payment option was meant for paying later than usual, in case I forgot to make the payment at that time. However, after selecting scheduled payment for my credit card, the money was deducted and sent immediately instead of being scheduled. Very disappointing. Once you solve the issue, I will withdraw my rating. Thanks.

I use the app frequently. The new Unet one app is forcing me to disable developer mode to use the app. But I am a developer and need developer mode. So, am I supposed to disable/enable it frequently based on the task at hand? Used to love the old app. New one is bad UX for me. Also, previously what could be done in one screen, now needs 5 screens. I want simplicity and ease of access, I don’t give a damn about modern UI that requires the user to focus and understand 5 different screens.

What kind of blind developers worked on this app. The login page is trash. In new version when I try to use my saved password from Google, my password gets inputted in username field and also in the password field, and it's been 3 weeks like this, and they didn't update it yet, maybe they didn't even noticed, and it's a banking app what a joke.
