Biometric login cannot be enabled. A pop-up message appears saying: "Could not connect to the server." Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at your earliest convenience. This problem is occurring in the UCB Enterprise app, not in the Unet app. We, the customers, would also appreciate the addition of essential features such as digital receipt download, cash-by-code, and account statement download. These functionalities are important for a seamless and user-friendly banking experience.

Their banking apps are not meeting customer needs and are among the worst available. Management should look into what other banks offer in their apps. This review should focus on their features, user experience, and how they keep improving.

Useless app. Unable to pay credit card bill. Can't connect to server to show credit card information. I opened a current account just to pay my BASIS Credit Card bill, now this app doesn't work, and I am feeling like meh.
