NPSB and Lone Option is very important But is not available. Many people don't Transaction without MFS NPSB. All of MFS connected NPSB Without Upay. Day by day upay is backdated Mfs service in Bangladesh.

I can not add money from any card to upay. Customer care did not get any solution last 3 month. Then I sent email 1st July to customer service but no response till now.

One of the useless MFS services in Bangladesh. They don't have any agents in my area and I can't load my upay card without an upay balance. I can't even add money from other MFS through NPSB. Don't waste your money by ordering a card that you can't use. For international uses you need a passport to endorse the dollar. You should've mentioned that in your app when I was applying for a card. Now what am I going to do with this e-waste?

Very bad experience..... block upay account unblock....... There no online option in block upay unblock... upay is only one option call........all time no money mobile phone sim...... this is realy hares mint

1 Star Very disappointing experience. I tried to make two QR payments. Both transactions failed, but the money was still deducted from my Upay account. I have emailed customer support several times, but I have received no response at all. Poor customer service and no resolution for failed transactions.
