Very bad experience. I forgot my login password on the Upaya app, I called their customer care and tried calling them several times to reset the PIN. They deducted money from my balance but did not provide a solution. When I went to the app, it said to call customer care, and when I called customer care again, it said to follow the instructions of the app. In the end, I failed to reset the PIN.

A very bad experience.🤬🤬 It has been 22 days since I paid for the Upay UCB card. They were supposed to deliver it within 15 days, but they still haven’t sent it. My money has been stuck for so many days for nothing, and I still haven’t received the card.

Upay is one of the best mobile banking in Bangladesh. Way charges very less and Upay send money is free which is very good thing. But Upay doesn't do any promotional campaigns so Upay is losing customers. Request to Upay to spread the campaign.

1 Star Very disappointing experience. I tried to make two QR payments. Both transactions failed, but the money was still deducted from my Upay account. I have emailed customer support several times, but I have received no response at all. Poor customer service and no resolution for failed transactions.

One of the useless MFS services in Bangladesh. They don't have any agents in my area and I can't load my upay card without an upay balance. I can't even add money from other MFS through NPSB. Don't waste your money by ordering a card that you can't use. For international uses you need a passport to endorse the dollar. You should've mentioned that in your app when I was applying for a card. Now what am I going to do with this e-waste?

Last month 25/04/26 I paid for the Upay visa card. But I contacted the customer care 3 times and did not get a satisfactory answer, when will I get the card. Please no one is interested in getting this card.

Add Union Pay card to upay app. You cannot add money through Union Pay from the Upay app.
