I found Upay app polished quit q while but noticed a problem, When I save beneficiary while fund transfer I noticed my Beneficiary account haven't saved yet. I thought it was my mistake, but I noticed that App simply don't save my Beneficiary account. Every time I have to Type my Account number and other details to transfer fund. Fix it !

Can't do pay bill in personal account ! If only agent can do it then why you showing the options of paybill in personal acc. Need to upgrade otherwise no future of this app.

It is the worst app. I am trying to open after installation, but it is not working. Customer care agent blamed my mobile set. Credit card and upay is only show up for UCB.

I have tried to log in again and again with my registered mobile number and correct password, but I have failed. Every time it shows me that password and number do not match, please contact customer care. I have called customer care and got no solution. I have reset my password many times, but it has not helped, rather it has been a waste of time. A useless company in today's era.
