NPSB and Lone Option is very important But is not available. Many people don't Transaction without MFS NPSB. All of MFS connected NPSB Without Upay. Day by day upay is backdated Mfs service in Bangladesh.

1 Star Very disappointing experience. I tried to make two QR payments. Both transactions failed, but the money was still deducted from my Upay account. I have emailed customer support several times, but I have received no response at all. Poor customer service and no resolution for failed transactions.

Got blocked. I called the customer care, and they said it's because of the KYC, and they are removing it. The KYC system was outdated so couldn't go through all the process and submit. Still they didn't unblock.

Why don't you add NPSB transfer? Every MFS providers added NPSB transfer features. But upay didn't.
