**Updated** 3 Oct morning, I bought my 4 Oct tickets successfully, glad to see those tickets can be used as final admission into attraction, per stated on e-tickets. Rating chgd to 5☆ now. Previous: 2 Oct now. About to buy tickets for 4 Oct (earliest date possible for selection), but suddenly App is unavailable till 3 Oct. Since 1-day advance reqd to buy, would that mean I can no longer buy for 4 Oct? Kindly assist, and I'll be glad to review rating, thanks in advance. I'll email in now as well.

Easy-peasy. Managed to upload receipts, collected vouchers and used them with ease. Highlight, last night at Grill fest, thanks to the ambassadors onsite who informed me about Mastercard promotion where we got free satay or drink. I wouldn't have known as there were too many vouchers in the app to scour through. 😂

I cannot open the app after the update. Keeps asking me to reset my settings. What settings, which settings? As I cannot call and seek help and your chat is just????

Not very good app. Very slow to load. Map often doesn't load at all. Hard to navigate within the app. Can't easily do simple things like to look up attraction info.

STOPPED WORKING ON LATEST UPDATE (have uninstalled, restarted, cleared all data): We can't proceed There seems to be a problem with the configuration of your device. To use the app, restore your settings. Looks like I won't be going to Sentosa this weekend.

The biometric used to work, but now it is unusable. Emailed to feedback several rounds to be suggested with all the methods which I have already tried before. Get the biometric fixed as it has gone back to primitive ways of entering long password and getting email OTP before assessing app
