Just talked with Nate (phone # in other postings) and he was fantastic. Working now. Great support! Helpful perspective on what's coming and how to address issues. Old review: Like so many others the app doesn't work, and I can't get the device to connect. I am concerned I don't have the right settings, but I can't tell. Help.

Won't sync. Called Transcend no help at all. Device is worthless to me if I can't pull my records for compliance. I have no assurance the unit is even recording. :-(

My micro turns off while sleeping on my back. How do I turn off the auto on/off function? Response: "Unfortunately that is not a feature that can be turned off." I have used two other CPAP machines. They both turn on and off appropriately and have the option to turn off the auto on/off function and neither of them turn off when I am wearing the mask and sleeping. I only have this problem with the Transcend Micro CPAP machine, and I'm using the same headgear for all three machines. So if t

Bluetooth is worthless. Nothing I have that had Bluetooth sees the unit.
