I give it five stars because this app allows me to monitor the Wi-Fi usage of my ZLT S10 router. Before I knew about this app, I was monitoring my Wi-Fi usage through the 4G CPE web portal. It didn't give accurate data about Wi-Fi usage. Also, I had to go to Mobitel Arcade to reload the router. It's convenient for us to have this app provides the facility to reload.

Very disappointed with MySLT and SLT Mobitel Fiber. I paid Rs. 12,500 connection fee and fully paid March and April bills with taxes for the 80 GB package (Rs. 2,690 + tax monthly). May is not even ended, but the app shows Rs. 7,565.62 as outstanding balance. Customer care also cannot explain properly and only says “it is tax”. Very confusing billing system and poor customer support. I do not recommend SLT Mobitel Fiber. Better go for STARLINK because pricing is more transparent and reasonable.

The app is cluttered and barely functioning. It needs to be made simple and the ui should be refined. It shows data usage with a delay and is buggy and causes problems. The slt customer service is also useless.

App doesn't load data sometimes, can't get bill reports and data usage reports are wrong. Also, I can't update my email as well. I have filed several complaints through app about data usage issue, but they dismissed the case without any solution.

The top worst app in Sri Lanka. Today I tried to upgrade my package, and it doesn't show any status. Still not upgraded, and I am scared to click upgrade again. Who knows these guys would duplicate my payment?? That's how the trust about this app and SLT. Also, I can't download my bills. The only thing they do correctly is deactivating the connection on time. So much frustrated about this app for a long time. If you are a developer reading this by any chance, just try your product. HORRIBLE!
