Great internet service. It was the only one that actually worked great in the area where I live that us fast. BUT...the price was too much for me. I went to another service which is way cheaper, but it doesn't work as well as Spark light

One star, just like the whole company. Only spark light could have an app with an inoperative service tab and no billing history even though I've been with them for decades. Nice app!

My login issues are a thing of the past now, thankfully, but this app nonetheless is a huge downgrade from the original. The new update has been out for a while now and the "SERVICE" tab is still greyed out, so I can't remotely restart my modem, I can't view my data usage or anything else. All it lets me do is pay my bill, and that's IF I don't have login issues while trying. The old version of this app was fine and did everything I needed it to. Why change it???

App never opens for me. And it's interesting how whenever there is an outage on internet I can never log in to the app or online
