The user journey is very frustrating. I paid for a race but later discovered the participant wasn’t linked to a club. There’s no way to link registered participants to a club, and why did I have to fill in all the information again, even though this data should already be connected to the race number we’ve been using for years. Overall, it’s been a very poor experience.

Worst app ever!! Nothing works!!!! You will click until you are blue in the face and nothing happens. I'm supposed to do things, yet I can't do anything. How wonderful.
