This mobile app will assist you with your participation in clinical studies sponsored by Boston Scientific.
The app collects information from answers to surveys, voice recordings, sensor data from your mobile or wearable device and usage data from your Boston Scientific device and provides recommendation messages regarding your condition, behavior and therapy as specified by your physician.
To participate in a clinical research study, you will need to contact us using the info provided above or contact your physician directly. A specific 9-digit code or QR code is required to enroll in one of our clinical research studies.

Very thorough but, somewhat very repetitive. I really enjoy being able to possibly help someone makes a decision that may alter there daily living for the better. Everything was great and then suddenly, no more evening questionnaire. I called and reported the issue and someone did respond, but I haven't heard back about what was going on.

Not very happy with the application after update! My voice recording does not send it just disappears also my stimulator won't connect and my daily questions disappear before the alloted time? What gives this was a very useful app, and now I have nothing but trouble? I sure hope you get the bugs out quickly. Thank you...
