Good way to track my glucose. Don't quite understand how it determines where carbs go on the chart. Seems it doesn't matter if they are high or low.just places them randomly.

I love this app. I am able to connect the meter to my phone. Once I check my blood sugars, it registers on my phone. I love the different options to go along with my glucose levels.

I absolutely 💯% love it! Please note that the Accu-Chek Guide meter will not automatically synch with your phone after a blood sugar test. On the meter, after the blood test, you'll need to scroll through some options and push the "OK" button. Then, the meter will synch with your cellphone. Impressive, the amount of other information that you can submit with the Msgr app. Daily body weights, blood pressure, and more. You can also photograph the food you eat and include that.

Happy with the app but seems to be problem integrating with dexcom g7. The dexcom app says app upgrade needed for Msgr but no update or doc available in Msgr to address this update 12th june26... dexcom one+ app still reports as needs update so can't connect.

Doesn't connect my instant device to my S25 ultra mi bike! Asked to add the PIN but nowhere to add it and then get "Sorry, we could not connect your device. Please try again or contact support."

I bought accu chek guide me device but app only has option to connect to accu chek guide and even when trying that it won't pair my device to the app what kind of app is this that they don't even have support for their own device.? Even when I pair manualy via android setting app don't recognize I already paired

App is junk! It won't properly sync with my Google Fit or Samsung Health properly. Additionally, my Samsung Health keeps stating that the My Sugar app needs to be updated even though the app shows that it's up-to-date. I wouldn't use this app, but it's the only app that's available for my glucose meter.
