I feel soooo stupid. Just went the whole first part of winter thinking I had no propane. Turns out it was full. But I still was not getting any. Heat and I couldn't understand it once. I found out I did have full tanks. I thought something was wrong. And then I just took a look. And saw the red switch on my wall. That was in the off position. Oh, my goodness, what a dummy? This is a horrible company. I am on automatic refill and ran out of gas Jan 22, 2025, 19° out. I called multiple times finally asked to speak to the manager, got dropped in voicemail. The manager has still not returned my call and I still do not have gas. I called a new company to switch my business to, and they are more concerned than this company who is receiving my money. I also found out multiple people are in this situation. You will regret giving them your business. Do not use them!!!

Terrible. It would take a lawyer to understand the billing system and why is there gas at least $1 per gallon higher than anywhere else?

Worst company of any kind that I deal with. High prices, terrible company service, slow phone response and so-so attitude. I am giving them tier tank back and doing business elsewhere.
