This company is a joke. Theyre offering rewards for games that dont even honor the tapjoy offers. Case in point: lords mobile, i completed three paid offers through the tapjoy app and never got the reward. I submitted a claim ticket and was told they had awarded the gems. They hadn't. When I contacted lords Mobile game support, they told me they don't honor tapjoy rewards at this time. Now who do I complain to? Everything is automated and its impossible to get a human response. The list of complaints goes on and on. I'm considering reporting them to the BBB.
