However, the absence of any customer support feature is a significant drawback. Users are left without a proper channel to report issues or submit complaints when encountering service disruptions. It is strongly recommended that Telkomsel prioritizes the addition of a support or ticketing feature, particularly for IndiHome-related issues.

Buying any internet packages from this app and the bigger bloated version feels like a scam, you can't even round up the date to 30 days instead of 28 days? Not an ounce of shame in this godforsaken company

The app is mediocre. Every time I buy data from my Banking app, it turns out to buy load. This fact obviously shows that Telkomsel is in cash flow problem, similar to BNI46. Can this company stand the fierce competition? Let's see, time will tell.😊
