4 stars purely because the consultant I worked with the 3rd time around was on top of his game. The first two consultants were not able to solve my issue after months. My car was sold and the vehicle delinted from my account, but the emails kept coming. Up to 20 per day but averaging around 15. Eventually I complained on here. A new consultant emailed me and within 2 hours the problem was solved. I'd love to give them 5 stars, but the struggle with the first two consultants cost them 1 star.
