2 contacts didn't sync properly after open house two weekends ago. Error message states they were previously synced, but they can't be accessed in the app or the online CRM. Contacted support through chat multiple times over the past two weeks and given no help. They just told me repeatedly that it is a known issue and the development team is working on it. If the app doesn't save and sync contacts, it should be pulled down and users should be warned until it is corrected.

This does not sync well between devices, i.e., Android and Ipad. If there is a version for Windows 10 or 11 I still have not found it in spite of Google stating it is installed on my laptop. Some entries automatically transfer from my Ipad to KV Core, but not consistently. A good app in theor, but still has a way to go, which is a pity as I have found that most people feel more comfortable filling out a tablet rather than a card. Would be nice to have a field for realtor notes which could be completed immediately prospect has left.

App only worked for me once. It was great when it worked, but now there's an error every time I try to open the app, and it brings me to my kvcore dashboard.
