The app is difficult to use. It says it will allow you to order within the app but when you go to order from your selected restaurant, it takes you to your browser. So the app doesn't do a primary thing it says it is supposed to do. This is a new program, so I understand working through the bugs. But I regularly visit Williams and so far I've had at least 5 negative interactions with the app. I really liked the previous app and rewards program but now feel very underwhelmed and disappointed.

I hate to be critical as I like the restaurant, but this is the most poorly constructed app u have ever had. It doesn't add points at time of purchase, it has no scanning or tapping options, staff can never use the code and always asks for my phone number, if you log out and try to log back in it says member already exists and won't log you are, etc. etc. etc. I wish I could go back to my points card!
