Description
MyWilts enables you to book services and report issues to Wiltshire Council simply, quickly and easily.
The services available include reporting road and street issues, fraud and trading standards in the Wiltshire Council area. You can attach documents, photos or videos to provide additional information and pinpoint exact locations using the mapping software on your device.
When you submit your case, it goes to the relevant Wiltshire Council team for actioning. Cases may be submitted anonymously for most services, however, this means we would be unable to provide you with updates on the progress of your case. If you register as a user, you will be able to view updates as the case progresses.

Sign in experience is terrible. Constantly switching in and out of the web browser. Impossible to find what you want. Fly tipping report has a barely functional map, and every attempt I've made to report something just throws an error message.

Unable to use interactive map to mark potholes (probably deliberately, so they can continue to ignore the worsening state of the roads)

A complete waste of time. What should be a useful tool for reporting issues in your local area, only actually highlights Wiltshire Council's lack of regard and care for their Council tax paying residents. If you report a pothole/pavement defect here, do not expect it to be repaired. The council will close your case immediately after viewing/photographing the pothole and say they're monitoring it. Only if there's sufficient complaints or people make claims arising from it, will they repair it.
