Could use a fingerprint login option. Now I have to save my login credentials and anyone that unlocks my phone can access the app. Other mobile provider apps I've had did have this option.

They charge extra, for various calls, although they are made in Europe, for exceeding the Internet limit. They allow you to exceed the limit to charge big money for megabits. You can expect surprises on your bill.

Horrible app. I can't see if I went above my data plan or not. And I have to pay extra to cut my internet off when my data limit is reached? What a cheap company. Luckily I have 1 year subscription. Can't wait to switch to a different company.

The app is constantly logging out. Every time you need to log in again and again. It does not save any log in data. Not nice

Unfortunately, there's no zero-star option. After a year with Youfone, I can say the internet quality is terrible — slow, unstable, and constantly dropping. Even worse is their customer service. They ignore emails, don’t follow up after calls, and every time you contact them, the only advice they give is: “restart your modem.” That’s it. No real help, no solution

They are scammers!!! I had a contract with them for years, and they constantly changed my plan and from the unlimited internet I paid for I had 3 GB of internet for the day.... get away from them as fast as possible
